FOUNDER PRESIDENT

As one of Australia’s most successful personal trainers and fitness entrepreneurs, Luke knows what it takes to succeed in both his personal and professional businesses, thanks to his over 18 years of fitness industry experience.

Having transformed Hugh Jackman for the Australia and Wolverine movies, Luke quickly became the go-to guy for some of the biggest celebrities in the world.

He later used his fitness systems to blueprint one of the world’s fastest growing group training model F45 Training.

Having stepped away from F45, he has now turned his sights on creating a new model that gives people of all ages and abilities exactly what they need and ultimately want from their training.

Luke has a clear vision to make RE:UNION the gold standard by which all training will be compared to. You are witnessing a new global phenomenon with him at the reigns.

A lifelong fitness enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in the PR and communications industry, Rochelle uses her qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, pre and post natal, mobility, and more to inspire, educate, and empower both women and men in all areas of health, fitness, and wellbeing.

Having transformed her body whilst dealing with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and several hormone imbalances, she has made it her mission to educate and inspire women across the globe about the benefits of the holistic training and nutritional philosophies that she advocates.

Her coaching inspires confidence through knowledge of resistance training, eating more of the right foods, ‘getting off the treadmill’, and being the best version of oneself inside and out.

“Start every change with commitment, then follow with conditioning” – living by this motto, Nathan is a committed, elite-level fitness trainer with a love of people and progress. Passionate and knowledgeable, Nathan puts his heart and soul into programming to create the best platform possible, yet always aspiring for better.

Nathan is a natural athlete and competitor, having been a State 400m runner and earning a Bronze Medal in State-level cross country. He brings this athletic ability to his training, focussing on building better bodies from the inside-out, acutely aware of balance, stability, functionality, and health. Nathan, owing to his philosophical approach to life, also places a high value on mental health and nutrition, believing in true balance of mind and body.

Able to guide beginners, part-timers, enthusiasts, and athlete’s alike, Nathan’s skill-set is broad and applicable to all skill levels. RE:UNION’s classes are a testament to his programs’ suitability for all. Affable and approachable, driven and motivated, capable and humble, Nathan’s attributes are an absolute prized possession within the RE:UNION team.
