REUNION’s Training methodology is developed from the key fundamentals of strength and conditioning, drawing principles from science and the sporting world
Utilising a balanced strength and conditioning programming, the REUNION Training model is suitable for all - young and old, male and female, to anyone and everyone in between. We focus on nailing movement patterns first - so even the most novice of gym goer can feel confident stepping into the gym each day and those who are more experienced can ensure they will be challenged physically.
