RE:UNION Nutrition encourages the consumption of fresh wholesome, whole-foods that nourish the body. We work towards improving the quality of the diet with the INCLUSION of foods rather than restricting you.

We focus on incorporating  a diverse range of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats, good quality grains and legumes while reducing the consumption of refined sugars and processed foods (in moderations of course!).
