Hourly Rate: $35-40 per hour + PT income ($50+ per hour)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a motivated, energetic coach who loves working with a fun and inspiring team? If you also enjoy lifting, strength and conditioning as well as inspiring members in a group training setting to be the best that they can be, then we would love to talk to you.

We are always on the hunt for energetic and motivated casual coaching talent to steer our established strength and conditioning-based group training facilities. You will be joining our incredibly fun team who enjoy working in a team environment with other like-minded coaches to lead and inspire. As a coach, you will be working on the gym floor advocating the REUNION® Training methodology and ensuring each and every member leaves their session feeling amazing!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness

  • Current Fiist Aid certificate

  • Experience coaching group training and personal training sessions

  • A motivated educator that thrives on building personable relationships

  • A proactive team player and overall a good human

  • A base understanding of nutrition would be ideal

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach exceptional group training and personal training sessions

  • Local area marketing

  • Client consultations and movement screens

  • Nutrition consultations
